    Ham Roll ups

    Source of Recipe

    BJMcCoy

    List of Ingredients

Sliced boiled ham (from the deli)
    Cream Cheese
    Green Olives

    Recipe

Spread some cream cheese on a piece of ham. Line up one end of the
ham with olives. Roll the ham/cheese/olives up (kind of like making a
sushi roll). The cream cheese keeps the end of the roll closed. Put a
dab of cream cheese on each end of the roll ups to keep the olives
in. Put the roll ups into a baggie or container and refrigerate.
When you want one, pull it out and eat it. You can also slice them
up, and they look really pretty! Some people also like to put dill
pickle spears in the middle instead of olives. The mixture of the
ham, cream cheese, and olives makes for an awesome and satisfying
taste. You'll swear that you're cheating!!!!

My Mom used to make these as appetizers for parties, and I've even
made them for potlucks. Very tasty, and I hadn't made them for years.
