    12 chicken legs, skin removed*
    1 Tbsp butter
    1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce (the cheap stuff works great for this)
    2 Tbsp chili garlic sauce (Asian market has this)
    2 Tbsp Splenda (or to taste)

    Recipe



    Over medium high heat, melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken
    legs and brown on all sides.
    Turn fire down to medium low, mix hot sauce, garlic sauce, and
    Splenda and spoon mixture over
    legs. Turn to coat, cover with lid and cook until almost done,
    turning once. Remove lid and
    cook, turning once, until sauce has carmelized.
    *Use a dry paper towel to grip and remove skin.
