    List of Ingredients




    1 pound sausage -- (or half ground beef half sausage)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup grated cheese - Colby or Monterey Jack are excellent
    (1/2 to 1)
    1 tablespoon parsley
    1 dash onion powder
    1 dash garlic pepper
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    cream to moisten mixture -- if needed
    1/2 cup pork rinds -- finely crushed seasoned
    1/2 cup pecans -- finely crushed

    Recipe




    Mix all ingredients together and form balls of size desired. Using a
    sprayed baking sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until
    lightly brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with wooden picks and a
    variety of sauces: bleu cheese, warm artichoke, creamy ranch,
    barbecue, etc.
