    Mexican Dip

    Source of Recipe

    Jenni

    List of Ingredients

    8 oz cream cheese softened
    1 lb hamburger
    2 tbs. chili powder
    1 tbs cumin
    1 clove garlic
salt and pepper to your taste
    1/3 cup water
2 cups shredded cheese (I used the Kraft Mexican
    cheese blend)

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 400. In a 8x8 bake pan spread the
cream cheese out. Brown your hamburger and then add
all of your spices and garlic. I added the water to
make them all dissolve evenly. Pour the hamburger
over the cream cheese and then top that with the
shredded cheese. Bake until the cheese on top is
    melted about 10 minutes.

This was very good and much lower in carbs then the
original recipe that used a prepared chili in a can.
I ate it with the flax seed tortilla chips from
    Trader Joe's.
