    2 cups pecan halves
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 ground red pepper (cayenne)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spread spiced and butter
    nuts on a jelly
    roll pan or a large cookie sheet with sides.

    Bake about 10 minutes or until pecans are toasted.

    Makes 8 servings of 1/4 cup each.
