    4 eggs -- hard-cooked
    1 can tuna -- (3-oz.)
    1 tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tbsp. capers
    1 tbsp. mayonnaise
    Pepper and salt

    Recipe



    Peel and halve the eggs, and mash the yolks with the tuna, parsley, capers,
    mayonnaise and salt until the mixture is
    smooth. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Chill.
