    List of Ingredients




    1 Can Tuna Fish Drained
    3 Tablespoons of Mayo (or 2 Tbsp of Mayo + One Tbsp of Olive Oil)
    3 Rings of Banana Peppers Chopped Finely
    1/4 Stalk of Celery Chopped Finely
    2-3 Ounces of Aged White Cheddar Cheese Chopped Finely
    Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to Taste (Add other spices if desired)
    1/4 of an English Cucumber Sliced

    Recipe



    Mix the first "six" ingredients together and place the mixture on individual cucumber slices. This is good for two servings. This is low in carbs and absolutely delicious.

    Ps. If you really like it spicy and can afford a little extra carbs, add a banana pepper ring to the top of each piece!
