    List of Ingredients




    6 lb. ribs; the smaller the bones, the better
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    3 Tablespoons vinegar
    2 Tablespoons Oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Green onions, chopped
    1 Tablespoon dry mustard
    1 teaspoon. fresh ginger; grated
    Freshly ground pepper

    Recipe



    Cook for approximately one hour in the oven, (or 15-20 minutes in a pressure cooker) brush with sauce and place on the rotisserie until they just begin to char. Baste often with sauce while cooking over the coals. My friend has her husband grill them on the Barbecue and they are great that way too - have to be sure they are absolutely done, so it takes more time and it's more work!
