    Bacon Topped Meat Loaf

    1/2 cup chili sauce
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2/3 cup dry bread crumbs (opt.)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 lbs. grass fed ground beef
    2 strips of beef bacon strips, halved

    Preheat oven on 350 degrees F.

    In a bowl, combine first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over
    mixture well, shape into a log in an un-greased 13-in.x9-
    in.x2-in. baking dish. Top with beef bacon, bake uncovered
    at 350 degrees F for 70-80 minutes or until meat is no
    longer pink and meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
    Drain if needed. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

    Yield 8 servings
