    List of Ingredients





    3 or 4 ice cubes
    1/4 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Flavored Syrup
    1 tablespoon heavy cream
    1 teaspoon chocolate extract (optional)
    seltzer water (see note, below)

    Recipe



    Place ice cubes in a blender cup. Pour in chocolate syrup. Blend until ice
    is crushed, then add cream and chocolate extract. Pour into glass, fill
    glass with seltzer and stir vigorously until mixture foams over edge.

    Use seltzer, not club soda, which contains sodium.
