    3 eggs
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. half n half
    2T.Splenda
    1t. vanilla extract
    pinch of salt
    pinch of nutmeg

    Recipe



    Put everything, except the nutmeg, in a blender and run for 30 sec. or so. Pour into glasses, sprinkle nutmeg on top and drink up. 2 servings, 9 g. of carbs, no fiber, 11 g. protein
