    Green Tea and Fruit Smoothie

    1/4 cup boiling water
    1 green tea bag
    1 1/2 to 2 cups frozen or fresh berries or other fruit
    8 oz. yogurt (preferably goat milk probiogurt)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds or Flax or Borage or Hemp Seed Oil (Hemp and Borage better for hypothyroidism)
    1 Tbsp. extra virgin coconut oil
    Honey to taste
    Steep green tea bag in boiling water.

    Combine yogurt, fruit, vanilla, flax seeds and coconut oil in blender until smooth. Squeeze excess water from green tea bag and add liquid to Smoothie, blend until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses with blood orange slices as garnish.

    Two servings.
