    List of Ingredients




    1 cup Fresh, sliced Strawberries (12 carbs)
    1/4 cup crushed pineapple (juice pack) (10 carbs)
    1/2 of a 6-7" Banana, frozen (12 carbs)
    1/2 cup Full Fat (Cream style, or Greek style) unsweetened Yogurt (2 carbs)
    1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder of Choice

    Recipe




    Put ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, add ice and blend to give it a frozen smoothie consistency. Serves 2, less than 20 carbs each.
