    1/3 cup butter -- soft
    1/2 cup cream cheese -- soft
    4 eggs -- room temp
    3/4 cup splenda -(I used a little less than 1/4 c carbolite
    splenda)
    2 teaspoons brown sugar twin
    1 3/4 cups almond flour
    1/4 cup wheat gluten
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 jar banana baby food -- (2.5 oz.)
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon banana extract

    Beat butter and cream cheese together, then beat in eggs one at a
    time, then beat in other wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients
    together, then combine with wet, bake in loaf pan for 70 minutes at
    325* (watch this cooking time, I thought it was a little long) from
    Jan:

    I got this from another site, I think it came from lowcarbluxury
    originally. It's alot like the almond pound cake recipe, but really
    tastes like banana bread. I like it cold with some cream cheese...
