    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flax meal
    1/2 cup Designer Protein Whey
    1/4 cup oil
    1 cup splenda
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 ounces walnut meal
    1/8 cup coconut -- unsweetened
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup cinnamon sugar free syrup -- DaVinci or Torani
    2 large eggs
    4 ounces cream cheese -- cut into 12 small cubes

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients with wire wisk. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken if
    necessary.

    Butter or spray a muffin pan with Pam.

    Spoon half the batter into 12 muffin cups, Put a cube of cream cheese in
    each cup and then add the rest of the batter
    to cover the cream cheese cubes.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
