    List of Ingredients




    1 cup flax meal
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda -- rounded
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder -- rounded
    4 ounces black walnuts
    Mix together in a bowl and set aside.
    3 large eggs
    6 tablespoons cream
    1 teaspoon maple flavoring
    6 tablespoons butter -- melted
    1 tablespoon artificial sweetener -- liquid

    Recipe



    Beat last 5 ingredients together and then dump in the dry stuff and mix
    well.
    Spray muffin tins and fill with mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 17
    minutes.
