    4 tablespoons flax seed -- ground to a meal
    2 scoops Designer Protein Whey
    2 tablespoons almonds -- ground
    3 tablespoons sour cream
    3 tablespoons butter -- melted
    1 tablespoon cream
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    2 large eggs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredient
    s.

    Combine the two.

    Grease 4 ramekins or muffin tins. Fill. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool 5
    minutes before removing from tins to cooling rack.
