    Recipe Introduction

Yes! I have a recipe for soaked flour bread in the bread machine.
I've done it twice and it has turned out great both times. A friend
of mine from our WAPF chapter meetings gave me this recipe.
1 cup water in bread machine bowl

Add 1/4 c. of whey to the water. Sometimes I reduce the water and
increase the whey to be sure it soaks ok. 1 1/4 cup of liquid in
the end. (The second time I tried this I used mostly whey and the
bread tasted kind of sour. I have another batch that soaked last
night and I only used the 1/4 cup)

Add 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour to the bowl and let the machine mix
and knead it on "dough" setting. (I used Spelt flour)

Let the dough sit for a minimum of 7 hours or overnight. I just
    leave it in the bowl.

After this soaking period, add to the dough:

    2T coconut oil

    2T Agave

    1 t. salt

    2 T. gluten flour

4 T or so of Trehalose if you have it. (This is optional. She said
this just makes the texture better. I did not use it in mine.)

    1 1/2 t. bread machine yeast

Again, let the machine mix and knead the dough.

After the machine is done with the dough, take the dough out of the
machine and place it in a greased bread pan to double in size. (I
suppose you could just leave it in the machine and let it bake in
    there.)

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
