Apple Cinnamon Crunch

Preheat oven to 350
4 c oatmeal
1/2 c shredded coconut
1 c nuts, finely chopped
1/2 c sesame seed (my kids skip this)
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine these in a large bowl.
1/2 c honey
1/3 c oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine these separately and add to the oatmeal mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Spread on 2 large greased baking pans and bake 20-25 min, stirring
occasionally.
Add 8 oz finely cut dried apples. (my kids skip this)
Store in tightly covered container in fridge. (We've never had any left to
store.)
