Baked Oatmeal

6 1/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup raisins (or whatever dried fruit you prefer, my dc like dried
cherries)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
6 eggs
3 cups kefir (or milk if I don't have enough kefir)
1/2 cup molasses
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients the night before, refrigerate. In the morning, preheat
oven to 350; grease 9 by 13 inch pan w/coconut oil. Pour batter in pan,
spread and flatten it out. Bake for 30 min. Enjoy. Some of us like
butter, milk or kefir on it.
