    6 eggs
    1 package (8 oz) Sargento cheese - Italian (this is shredded cheese) (Parmesan)
    5 pieces of bacon - crispy
    1 to 1.5 pounds ground sausage
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    other meats to taste
    Swiss cheese (optional)
    12 slices of pepperoni (optional)
    approx 1/4 cup cream
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)



    Brown sausage. Spread in bottom of a non stick treated cake pan, preferably glass,
    spread chopped onion on top, top with sliced Swiss cheese (optional). Mix
    eggs, shredded cheese, and cream, adding any LC seasonings you like, and
    pour over the sausage/onion mixture in pan. Add a layer of Swiss if desired.

    Then add bacon, sliced mushrooms, and the pepperoni.

    Bake approximately 45 minutes at 375, or until very firm and a knife inserted in the center of the casserole comes out clean.

    This also works well made up ahead of time and reheated in the microwave.
