Hot Flax Cereal

Kristine's Low Carb Corner
1 Tbsp flax seeds, ground
1 Tbsp wheat bran
1 Tbsp ground almonds
1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
(optional: additional sweetener, if your protein powder isn't very sweet)
1/2 tsp cinnamon, or to taste
Grind the seeds and combine all ingredients. Add hot water, whatever amount to get the consistency you like.
This is easy to make in a large batch, and just measure out smaller portions. I'd store it in the freezer, to preserve the ground flax seeds.
