    List of Ingredients




    3 scoops protein powder (1/2 cup)
    ¼ cup water or seltzer water
    ½ cup cottage cheese
    ¼ cup heavy cream
    2 packets sugar substitute
    ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon baking powder

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well. Heat skillet or griddle. Coat with cooking oil or
    butter spray. When oil is hot, add batter. Brown on one side for two
    minutes. Turn and brown other side. These burn easily if pan is too hot
    Allow pan or griddle to cool between each batch. Makes 4 pancakes.
