    List of Ingredients




    2/3 cup whipping cream
    1 package sugar free lemon gelatin
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup ice cold water
    1/3 cup bulk-style Splenda
    12 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/4 cup lemon juice

    Recipe



    Whip cream till peaks and set aside. Mix gelatin with
    boiling water till dissolved, then add ice water and put in
    fridge until partially set, Mix cream cheese with lemon
    juice and Splenda until well blended, add thickened gelatin,
    blend well, then add the whipped cream folding in gently.
    Put into a pie plate lined with finely chopped nuts, and
    chill for at least 2 hours.
