    List of Ingredients




    2 1/3 c. chocolate Protein Whey Powder (I use Designer's Protein)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 t. liquid Sweet and Low
    1/4 c. Splenda
    dash salt
    1 t. vanilla
    2 T. cocoa (level)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    Splash cream

    Recipe



    Combine dry ingredients. Melt butter and combine with softened cream cheese. Add other ingredients and mix well. Will be thick. The cream helps here. Line a 9" loaf pan with waxed paper. Spread mixture in pan and chill. Lift out on cutting board and cut 4x8 for 32 pieces. .5 each. I keep these in the Fridge. I changed the recipe somewhat by adding cocoa, the extra Splenda and cream.
