Cheese and Cauliflower Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, about 3 cups, cooked, but firm,
drained
4 cups of grated cheddar
1 oz. bleu cheese
4 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
1/4 lb (1 cube) butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon parsley
1/2 raw onion, chopped
Recipe
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C). Spray glass rectangular
casserole dish with non-stick spray. Scatter cooked
cauliflower in dish.
In blender, blend cheese, eggs, cream, milk, butter and
onion with seasonings and pour over contents of casserole
dish. Bake 45-60 minutes, until top is
lightly browned. If necessary or desired, place under
broiler briefly to crisp top.
Yield: 10 servings
