    Ham and Asparagus Bake

    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 cup cream or half and half
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 pound asparagus, broken into pieces
    2 cups chopped ham
    1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Add cream, salt and pepper to eggs and place in a well
    sprayed 7-1/2x11-inch baking dish. Add the asparagus and
    top with the ham, bell pepper and onion and mix slightly.
    Spoon on the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30
    minutes or until egg is cooked and a knife inserted near the
    center shows no uncooked egg. SERVES: 6
