    KerryAnn's NT Crustless Quiche

    4 eggs
    1 cup heavy cream (I used 1 cup milk & 1 cup cottage cheese..since I didn't
    have cream)
    1 cup cheese (I used 2 cups of monterey jack raw cheese)
    ¼ cup chopped onions (I don't like onions so I didn't use them)
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (I didn't add this)
    ½ tsp pepper
    ¼ tsp salt
    a little minced garlic
    1 cup cooked veggies (I didn't add any- I forgot and then didn't feel like
    cooking something up since it was around midnight last night)
    1 cup cooked, chopped meat (I added 1 cup bacon & 1/2 cup shredded leftover
    turkey)
    (I also added in 2 TBS of butter)

    Mix everything together and pour into a buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 425
    for the first 15 minutes and 300 degrees for the next 30 minutes. Remove
    from oven and rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

    For freezing, mix everything together thoroughly and pour into a one-gallon
    freezer bag or mason jar. Thaw completely before cooking.
