    Here's a good way to make a very nutrient-dense meal and to get some
    quinoa into the kids:

    1 cup cooked quinoa
    8-9 eggs
    1/4 cup raw cream
    steamed spinach, chard or kale cut in pieces
    cooked nitrite-free bacon in pieces (facc.)
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
    Salt and pepper

    Mix well and pour into an buttered deep pie dish. Cook at 375 F for
    about 35 min or until the middle is well set.
