    List of Ingredients




    Cream: 1/2 cup butter
    1 cup Splenda
    1 1/2 tsp. molasses

    Add: 1 egg
    1/2 tsp vanilla

    In Separate Bowl, mix:

    1 cup protein powder (I used Designer Whey French Vanilla)
    1/2 cup oat flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder

    Mix creamed and dry ingredients together.

    Add: 6 oz. zero carb chocolate chips (I got mine from Synergy
    Diet)
    1/2 cup butter, melted
    2 oz. zero carb chocolate bar, melted (also from Synergy
    Diet)
    3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

    Place dough, shaped in golf ball size, on ungreased cookie sheet
    approximately 2" apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 8 minutes.
    Makes
    approximately 3 dozen.

    When I added up the carbs, I got about 2 grams per cookie.
