    Chocolate Cream Cheese Balls

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. cream cheese
    12 packets Splenda
    1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
    2 oz. unsweetened Baker's chocolate
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons heavy cream
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    6 packets Splenda

    Recipe



    In mixer, blend cheese & 12 packets Splenda
    Add pecans
    Melt chocolate & butter together slowly over low heat
    Remove from heat & add heavy cream, salt, and cheese mixture. Blend well.
    Roll chocolate cheese mixture into balls, chill until firm. Place remaining
    Splenda in a cereal bowl and roll the chocolate balls in splenda and place
    on a plate to serve. Keep cool, and store any remaining balls in the
    refrigerator.
