    Preparation Time: 20 minutes
    Difficulty: Easy

    Ingredients:
    8 ozs Cream cheese
    1 stick Butter
    2 C Almond flour
    1 t Xanthan gum
    1 1/2 C Splenda
    1 C Chopped walnuts or pecans
    2 Egg whites

    Cooking Instructions:
    Mix softened cream cheese and butter.

    Add egg whites, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in Splenda, almond flour and nuts.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350F degrees until slightly brown around the edges (about 8 - 10 minutes, longer if necessary to reach golden brown edges).
