    3 ripe organic bananas
    1 cup dates
    1 cup unsulphured, unsweetened shredded coconut
    2 cups organic rolled oats (old-fashioned - NOT the quick variety)
    1/3 cup organic coconut oil
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mash the bananas - stir
    everything else in and mix well using a spoon. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20
    minutes (depending on your oven).
