    Crockpot Bar-B-Que Beef

    List of Ingredients




    3 lb.beef chuck roast
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tablespoons Splenda, Pourable style
    2 teaspoons Gulden's mustard
    1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    2 teaspoons fresh paprika
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup cider vinegar
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 can (5 ounces) tomato paste, or to your taste
    1 can water (use tomato paste can)

    Recipe



    Put meat in crock-pot. Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat. Turn
    crock pot on high and let it cook for about 4 hours then reduce heat to low
    and cook another 6 hours or so. Remove meat to a plate and let cool a bit.
    Then shred it using two forks. Return it to sauce. Serves 6
