    List of Ingredients




    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
    4 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" cubes
    1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes with green chilies, diced (maybe Rotel brand?)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (13.25 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

    Seasonings to add later:
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon cumin
    3 teaspoons curry powder
    freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe



    Put all the above in a crock pot and stir well -- start the crock on high
    and let go for an hour and then turn down to low and let it "work" all day.
    It's nice to have the smells in the house all day and come home to salivate!
    Add the spices, adjust to taste. Stir well and let it go!
