    List of Ingredients




    4 boneless chops
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup chopped pecans
    2 cups Keto Crumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon dry sage
    1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    Salt to taste
    Freshly ground black pepper
    6 tbsp of Keto Original Potato
    4 ounces of hot water

    Recipe



    Cut each chop horizontally, to make a butterfly, pound to thin out. Season
    with salt and pepper. Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with the olive oil
    in a skillet. Cook celery and onion. Put vegetable mixture into a mixing
    bowl, add Keto Crumbs, pecans, sage, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
    Place potatoes mix and water in the crock pot, stir to blend. Place chops on
    the potato mix. Sprinkle with reserved Keto Crumbs. Cover and cook on low 9
    hours.
