List of Ingredients
2 tablespoons of cornstarch(or lc thickener)
1/2 cup of sugar ( or equivalent sweetener)
1 1/2 cups of water
2 cups of fresh blueberries
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Recipe
Combine the cornstarch and sugar, stir in the water, blueberries
and lemon juice. Cook over low heat while stirring until it
bubbles and thickens. Spoon into sherbet glasses and chill.
Serve with thick cream.
