    List of Ingredients




    4 extra large eggs
    ¾ cups bulk style Splenda
    1 oz (1 square) Hershey's baking chocolate, melted in microwave
    1 cup pecans
    1/2 cup vanilla flavor protein mix
    2 Tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon gluten
    3 tablespoons cocoa powder
    2½ teaspoons baking powder

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Using mixer, mix eggs & Splenda for 45 seconds. Drizzle in the melted
    chocolate and continue beating. Add other ingredients in the order listed.
    Mix for about 2 minutes and pour into a greased 9" round pan. Bake until
    toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 8 wedges and top with whipped cream or a
    tablespoonful of sugar free jam--orange or raspberry are very nice. This
    torte will "fall" after cooling--that is normal.
