    List of Ingredients




    1/2 C cocoa (16 net carbs)
    1/2 C Splenda (12 carbs) (some may prefer more)
    1/2 C vanilla whey protein (3 carbs)
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 C crushed pecans (2.5 net carbs)
    1/2 C butter, melted (or margarine)
    2 eggs (1.2 carbs)
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients, add melted butter and eggs, mix. Add vanilla
    and liquid Splenda last and mix in. Spread in greased 8x8 cake pan. Bake at
    325 for about 10 minutes. Will come away from sides of pan when done and
    toothpick test also works. Cut into 9 squares.

    Total carbs 34.7.
    9 squares = 3.85 carbs each
    12 squares=2.89 carbs each
