    List of Ingredients




    1 package Jello sugar free pudding (any flavor)
    One 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup heavy cream
    3 packets or 6-teaspoons sugar subsitute
    More cream to thin, if needed

    Recipe



    Whip cream cheese in food processor or mixer until smooth. Add cream and mix again briefly. Add pudding mix and sugar substitute and mix well. Add cream, if needed, in 1/2-teaspoon amounts to get to spreading consistency.

    Makes enough to frost 32 cupcakes.

    It will store in the fridge or can be frozen.

    The frosting can also be spread into a pan for a fudge-style dessert. Cut into squares for a treat.

    The entire frosting recipe if around 39.4g carbs (depending on the pudding you use) so 16 pieces of cake would come out to 2.46g per piece .
