    Total 22 net carbs for entire cake

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 (10oz) bag of walnuts (processed to a powdery paste)
    2 Tbsp butter, melted
    3 pkgs Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Filling:
    2 cups heavy whipping cream
    5 pkgs Splenda
    1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 Tbsp (sugar-free) Instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 tsp vanilla


    Recipe



    Prepare crust first. Mix walnuts with all ingredients and
    toss until
    well blended. Spray 8-9 inch round casserole dish with Pam
    cooking
    spray. Press walnut mixture into bottom of dish and set
    aside.

    For filling: Beat whipping cream on high speed until
    thickens. Add
    sugar and beat until cream mixture thickens and becomes
    fluffy. Set
    aside. Cream the cream cheese and add sour cream. Fold in
    whipping cream and continue to beat until well mixed. Add
    pudding mix
    and vanilla and mix well. Pour into crust and chill at least
    30 minutes.

    Makes approximately 8 servings
    Approximately 3 net carbs per serving.
