    from Dr. Atkins' Diet Cook Book by Fran Gare and Helen Monica, 1974
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 teaspoon grated onion
    3 tablespoons heavy cream
    1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
    1/2 teaspoon sage
    1/2 teaspoon celery salt
    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Combine cottage cheese, onion, heavy cream, caraway seed, sage, and celery salt. Mix well. Stir in lemon juice.

    Serve with fried pork rinds.
