List of Ingredients
1 Tablespoon. olive oil
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 eggs
pinch salt (very little if any)
1/4 teaspoon . pepper
4 teaspoons. heavy cream
1/2 cup. Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat bottom of 4 custard cups or ramekins with olive oil.
Line each dish with cheese slice.
Break eggs neatly into each dish, keeping them whole.
Add salt and pepper to cream,
then carefully pour 1 TABLESPOON. over each egg.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes.
