12 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Splenda
1/2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
3 - 4 tablespoons Real Mayonaise
Salt to taste

Recipe
Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and put into a bowl. Place the
egg whites on a decorative plate and set them aside.
Break up the yolks with a fork. Stir together vinegar, Splenda, mustard
and low-fat mayonnaise. Stir until blended into a creamy consistency.
Spoon yolk mixture into the egg white halves. For a special touch, pipe
the mixture with a pastry bag into egg white halves.
Sprinkle with paprika for color.
Serves: 12 - 16 as an appetizer
