Baked Egg Custard

List of Ingredients
5 large eggs
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/3 cup pourable Splenda
1 Tablespoon real vanilla extract
2 cups half and half
pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In blender, whisk the eggs
together, then add remaining ingredients except the nutmeg.
Mix well. Pour mixture into non-stick sprayed glass baking
dish(es). Lightly sprinkle nutmeg on the top of the custard.
Bake on middle shelf of oven for 30 minutes, or until a
knife inserted into center comes out clean--it will be set
and just slightly soft in the center.
Remove from oven and cool before serving. Best flavor if
chilled
