Baked Eggs

Recipe Introduction
This works well for company or for family breakfast when you have a two
zillion other things to do at the same time. Prepare it in advance, place
in refrigerator overnight, next morning put the baking dishes into the
larger pan with the water around them, put it into a cold oven and set the
temperature and the timer. Allow 10 minutes extra cooking time for the eggs
to warm back up to "room" temperature and to start cooking.
List of Ingredients
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
dash of Tabasco Sauce (if desired)
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
non-stick spray
3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
In saucepan add mayo, salt & pepper, paprika, Tabasco, and Worcestershire
sauce. Add cream slowly and stir until smooth. Add cheese over low heat and
stir until melted. Use non-stick spray on 4 individual 6 oz. baking dishes,
add a pat of butter, place 2 Tablespoons sauce into each one. Break 2 eggs
in each dish and top with remaining sauce. Place in baking pan filled with
1/2 inch of hot water and bake at 350°F. for 17-20 minutes or until eggs are
at desired consistency. You can test the doneness of the eggs by pressing
on the yolk with a spoon. A firm yolk is well done. Garnish with cooked
sliced ham or bacon. Serves 4
