Eggs Spectacular

2 or 3 Eggs beaten
2 tbsp Cooked Spinach (I use frozen)
2-3 raw Mushrooms sliced
Diced Ham (As much as you want)
1/2 to 1 once of Munster or Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp heavy Cream
Butter 1-2 pats
Salt and Pepper to taste
Over medium heat melt butter and saute spinach, mushrooms and ham until tender.
Add cheese and heavy cream, turn heat to medium high, stir until cheese is melted. Add eggs and stir vigorously until eggs are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
