MEXICANA BRUNCH PIE

6 large eggs
2 T. butter or margarine., melted
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 8-oz. container cream-style cottage cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
Beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed until blended. Stir in cheeses & green chilies, and pour into a well-greased 9" pie plate. Bake at 400 for 10 min., reduce heat to 350 & bake 20 min. or until set. Cut pie into wedges. Serve with guacamole and salsa Makes 6 servings.
