    Boneless skinless chicken breasts

    Old El Paso Enchilada sauce

    Recipe



    Bake until done at 350°f. If desired, add shredded cheese and return to
    oven for long enough to let it melt. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

    With a nice salad as a side....you can't go wrong!
