    3 oz. bag pork rinds, crushed
    3-4 Tablespoons water
    2 cups canned crab meat (4 cans)
    1/3 cup finely minced onion
    1/3 cup finely minced celery
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1 Tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tablespoon minced parsley
    1 teaspoon black pepper

    Recipe



    Use water to soften pork rind crumbs. Mix all
    ingredients.
    Form into patties. Pan fry in oil
